‘Empty your mind
Be formless, shapeless like water
You put water in a cup
It becomes the cup.
You put water in a bottle
It becomes the bottle
You put water into a teapot
It becomes the teapot
Water can flow or it can crash
Be water, my friend.’
‘Water as Dancer’
Water flows, bubbles, crashes, ripples, gushes, splashes, cleanses, reflects, stagnates, hydrates… It is characterized by the energy within it and the container around it. It is what ever you intend it. Our bodies are made up of mainly water, as is our earth. When we connect and imagine deeper into our own fluid being we can discover our water as dancer.
This final evening is a chance to celebrate this honoring of Water, to allow it to be the inspiration that animates our dance and to share this as a community. Please bring cloths to move in and lot’s and lot’s of water to drink.
